After years of contemplating and saving, I finally decided to remodel my home. I had to have my master bathroom done a specific way, because I've always had a vision of "the perfect bathroom". What a GREAT Company ! From the first phone call, the way Jim spoke to me I knew I was going to hire this company. Nick came right out the next day for a quote and within 3 days we put it all together ( design, tile type, colors, etc. ). Nick and Gil worked their butt off to get it ready in 1 day for the tile guy Jim ( what a perfectionist ! ) to come in and finish, Steven did all the plumbing work and now I have a beautiful walk in tiled shower with a custom seat in my new home instead of that junk acrylic tub that was put in by those other idiot contractors. They were so careful because everything is brand new in here and the cleanup was perfect. You get what you pay for and the price was great for what I received. When you hire Baths by Design tell Jim, Craig the Marine from Cumberland, RI recommended you :) I can't post pictures here but maybe you can find them on their website. White subway tile, custom granite seat and step over. Thank you again for the GREAT job guys !!!. Off to take a shower now :)

Looking for a contractor to do my bathroom, after several contractors I chose Baths by Design The owner Jim was very knowledgeable and experience, his concepts and ideas were impressionable He is easy to work with and communicates with you frequently. Jim is not afraid to jump in with his crew to expedite the deadline Nick was very personable through the process, his expertise in demo and finish touches were great He was very mindful to minimize the dust and dirt and cleaned up like he was never there. Tim D was the tiler Jim chose for the job Tim D was so meticulous and detailed orientated it was to the point of perfection; he worked nonstop until he completed the entire room. He also added extra touches to enhance a already elegant master piece. Baths by Design were affordable and within my budget, I would highly recommend them for your bathroom remodel.

Jim and his crew were outstanding from the start of the project to the finish. I don\'t normally write reviews but in this case I felt that I needed to as this was by far the best experience of my life as far as construction goes. Jim is kind and responded to everyone of my calls and text within minutes. He is very knowledgeable and had great ideas to make my bathroom look fantastic. Had a bathtub removed and replaced with a walk-in shower. Not only is it extremely easy for an elderly woman to now use, but it?s beautiful. It was done by professionals who did great work, were pleasant to deal with, and left the bathroom clean. Great company to work with!

I felt extremely fortunate to have found Bathrooms by Design when it came time to redo two bathrooms. Jim, the owner, is personable and forthright, while Nathan the plumber and Tim the tile guy were both conscientious craftsmen. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Because of my ongoing treatment for cancer we had to schedule around diagnostics and treatments, but Jim was extremely accommodating.
